Kara sat typing away at her laptop, trying not to dwell on the fact that in about an hour, she would fulfill a goal that she set over 30 years ago. She finished up the paragraph she was writing and sat back, looking around the small cubicle that was her office. She smiled a bit, knowing that her co-workers thought of her as a has been, but she didn’t mind. They couldn’t grasp the concept that this little cubicle was exactly where she wanted to be.
